Pamela provides her clients with concrete tools to develop critical leadership skills. In addition to executive coaching, she leads strategic planning and team retreats. In 2013, she was voted Delaware Valley Consultant of the Year.
After earning a BA and MA in applied psychology from NYU, Pamela went to art school for four years. She combined these disciplines and founded a successful business in NY which she sold after 12 years of 15% annual growth and international success. She now uses her operational experience as an entrepreneur to help clients develop their own strategic and practical approaches to leading and managing change.
Pamela is also a frequent contributor to Boomer-Living.com, as well as a speaker on Leading Change with Emotional Intelligence, Developing Culturally Competent Leadership, and Sustaining Inner Fitness for Career Advancement.
Pamela lives in Center City, Philadelphia, with her partner David. She is an avid artist, gardener and hiker.
