Additional data may be stored by our host provider, Hostgator and through our third-party providers such as email services.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number, company, IP address, and questionnaire information.
How your information used
Your data is used for administering your account, sending newsletters, improving our services, customizing content for you, promotions, processing orders or sending professional development information you may be interested in.
We only share information with third-parties who are working on our behalf. We only provide the required information to third-parties in order for them to complete their functions. This includes email service providers which we use to send out our Look & Sound of Leadership emails and other integration tools such as eCommerce and CRMs to help better serve you. Your information will never be sold. Never. Really.
We use third-party browser and mobile analytics services like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. These services use data collection tools to help us analyze your use of our website, essentialcomm.com. Analytic services gather information such as what third-party website or device you arrived from, how often you visit, events triggered during your visit such as a download and performance data. We use this information to improve our services on both mobile and standard devices.
Use of 'cookies'
It is possible to disable cookies by setting your browser preferences. Here are links on how to disable cookies in your web browser for Firefox and Chrome. Note, disabling cookies may result in a loss of functionality when using our website.
Personal data that we process will not be kept longer than necessary.
If you signup for Look & Sound of Leadership emails, your information will be stored for as long as you are an active member. You can easily unsubscribe at any time. At the bottom of each Episode is a link to unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe your data will be completely deleted from our systems.
If you complete a form on our website we will retain your data up to 60 days after last communication.
Google Analytics data will be stored for 26 months on Google’s servers.
Periodically, we purge data of members who have been inactive for a period of time.
Our policy concerning children
The privacy of children is an important priority for us. We would love kids to read our materials but do not feel their data should be captured at any time on any site.
If we learn that we’ve collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, or under 16 in the EU, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
If you are a parent who believes essentialcomm.com may have collected personal data from a child under those ages, please submit a request that it be removed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

- You have the right to be forgotten. At any time you can choose to have your data erased from your records. If you are subscribed to the Executive Coaching Tips, you can easily unsubscribe from each email.
- You have the right to get your data in a readable format and the right to transfer this data to a different controller.
The accuracy of your information is very important to us. We’re working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that we hold about you.
