Thanks for signing up for “Career Wellness” course. People who’ve taken the course say it’s empowering and incredibly practical.

During the three 90-minute sessions, we’ll uncover what may be holding you back, how to make sure your skills are relevant, how to talk about yourself and so much more. These tools are intended to help you throughout your career, not just for today's market. 

Before our first session, I have two activities to get you started: 

• First, a journal prompt. We've attached a worksheet for you. Please complete it prior to our first meeting. Download here.

Write whatever comes to mind. Don't worry about grammar or flow. Just get words out.  When you’re writing, don't judge yourself or the content. (You won't have to share it if you don't want to). 

• Second, an inventory of different areas of your life. This exercise helps identify where you may have imbalances which could be impacting your career. We’ll talk more about this in our sessions together.

• All courses are delivered virtually with live facilitators.
• Cancellations and refunds requested within 48 hours of registering will be honored minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• Courses become non-refundable and non-transferrable within one week of scheduled course.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• A one-time registration transfer can be made to an alternate participant. There is a $50 processing fee for all transfers.
• In the event a scheduled course does not meet minimum attendee requirement, those registered receive full refunds.
